Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HR and union representatives on disability cases

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in disability management or related field
• Significant experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder cases
• Familiarity with disability management and workplace accommodations
• Certification as CDMP or CRTWC is an asset
• Robust understanding of laws and collective agreements
