As a Financial Analyst, you will support monthly and quarterly close processes, prepare journal entries, and perform detailed variance analyses. Collaborate closely with FP&A; for budgeting and forecasting, producing valuable management reports and consolidating financial data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate any discrepancies
• Produce comprehensive month-end financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
