• Governance analyst to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership and stakeholders. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. You have 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics. SQL and data querying Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). You have familiarity with Databricks and programming languages such as Python or R; this would be considered an asset. You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and hidden risks. You have the ability to build dashboards and tell a compelling data story to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have experience working within an Ethics &

• Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Legal workplace, as well as familiarity with compliance-related frameworks and data (e.g., hotline reports, investigations, risk management, policy adherence); this would be considered an asset.
