In this role, you will enhance our Energy and Resources Canada West team through your 8 to 10 years of experience in managing complex databases.
Your strong technical capabilities will support various functions from resource estimation to mineral processing. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while also engaging in business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain geological databases using SQL or Access
- Implement data acquisition and QA/QC protocols
- Analyze data with GIS tools and Microsoft Access
- Build geologic models using industry-standard software
- Author technical reports as Qualified Person or Competent Person
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of database management experience
- Solid proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Access
- Background in exploration and mining projects
- P.Geo. or QP designation is preferred
- Ability to travel to remote locations periodically
