We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Platform Engineering Manager to lead the development, deployment, and management of our cutting-edge digital platforms. Duties

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex digital platforms utilizing technologies such as Docker, VMware vSphere, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
- Oversee system administration tasks across diverse environments including Windows Server, Linux, and Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage IT infrastructure components like firewalls, VPNs, Cisco routers, SAN storage solutions, and network infrastructure to maintain robust connectivity and security.
- Develop and enforce policies for information security, network security, disaster recovery plans, and PCI compliance to safeguard organizational data assets.
- Collaborate with product management and software development teams utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality applications using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#,.NET, Python, SQL, HTML, and PowerShell scripting.
- Drive DevOps practices by implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jira, SCCM, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and SolarWinds for efficient deployment cycles.
- Provide technical support and leadership for enterprise systems including Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint portals, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Microsoft SQL Server databases, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.




- Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and support services while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ITIL and ISO.
- Lead incident response efforts by coordinating disaster recovery procedures and analyzing system logs using SolarWinds or similar tools to ensure minimal downtime.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through analysis skills development in areas like application development, systems engineering, virtualization (Citrix), and network analysis.

Experience

- Proven experience managing large-scale digital platform engineering teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
- Extensive knowledge of system administration across Windows Server environments (including DHCP, IIS), Linux systems (including SSH), Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Robust background in network security protocols including TCP/IP stack management (TCP/UDP), firewall configuration (Cisco routers/firewalls), VPN setup & management.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker along with CI/CD pipelines supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated leadership in IT project management using tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira; experience managing vendor relationships is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks (.NET), scripting languages (PowerShell/Python), APIs integration & virtualization platforms like Citrix or vSphere.
- Excellent communication skills paired with analysis skills necessary for cross-functional collaboration across technical teams and business units.
- Certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous; familiarity with PCI standards is preferred.
