Experience to drive the Digital Onboarding Funnel Conversion. Reporting to the Director, Digital Product & Experience, you will be responsible for defining, managing and optimizing key areas of Digital Onboarding Funnel conversion and play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience. You will work with and inspire agile teams, and work in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high quality and impactful product enhancement, user centric solutions, and seamless customer interactions. Play a leadership role with the delivery team to ensure that high quality and creative solutions are implemented for challenging problems Facilitate creative problem solving on a day-to-day basis no matter the circumstances, working closely with development on implementation challenges,
