Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager – IT Modernization

Ideal Rate: $100- $105 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid (occasional onsite)

Must haves

10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, IT modernization, or enterprise technology projects

Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, technology partners, and executive stakeholders

Strong project governance, PM methodologies, and delivery management experience

Hands-on vendor, contract, and skilled services management

Experience with executive presentations, status reports, briefing notes, governance materials, and business cases

Strong risk, issue, dependency, budget, forecast, and resource management

Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement,



and business readiness

Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Nice to have

Experience with Figma and collaboration platforms is an asset

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Prosci certification is an asset

Experience in public sector, utilities, infrastructure, regulated, or customer service organizations is an asset
