Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager – IT Modernization

Employment Type : Contract

Location: Guelph

Ideal Rate: $100- $105 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid (occasional onsite)

Must haves:

- 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, IT modernization, or enterprise technology projects
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, technology partners, and executive stakeholders
- Strong project governance, PM methodologies, and delivery management experience
- Hands-on vendor, contract, and qualified services management
- Experience with executive presentations, status reports, briefing notes, governance materials, and business cases
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, budget, forecast, and resource management
- Experience supporting organizational change,



stakeholder engagement, and business readiness
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Nice to have:

- Experience with Figma and collaboration platforms is an asset
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Prosci certification is an asset
- Experience in public sector, utilities, infrastructure, regulated, or customer service organizations is an asset
