YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Partner with the CTIO to align enterprise technology strategy to business priorities and product visions. Monitor emerging business and technology trends to inform future-state operating and technology models. Guide major decisions across business lines, products and platforms to ensure scalability, interoperability, and long-term value.

Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and standardize the enterprise landscape to improve agility, quality, and cost effectiveness. Partner with executives to support strategic decisions related to operating model evolution, transformation initiatives, and investment prioritization. Define and maintain the enterprise architecture, including business capabilities,



value streams, and their alignment to strategy and outcomes.

Ensure clarity on how value flows through the organization, shaping product and platform boundaries based on business capabilities rather than systems. Lead the establishment of architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures that enable empowered teams while maintaining enterprise coherence. Lead architecture and technology governance grounded in business outcomes and value realization, not just technical compliance.

Build and lead high‑performing enterprise architecture and planning teams. Grow architecture maturity across the organization through standards, coaching, and communities of practice. Manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
