Overview The Senior Director, Regulatory and Scientific Affairs is a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and executing the scientific and regulatory strategy for Loblaw's private label products across all categories (food and non‑food – natural health products, OTCs, medical devices, cosmetics, and personal care). This role drives scientific excellence, regulatory foresight, and enables innovation to accelerate product development, amplify brand trust, and secure a competitive advantage in the Canadian market. The position leads a high‑performing team, fosters critical external partnerships, and ensures the highest standards of compliance and customer‑centricity.

- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams with a culture of innovation.
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment.
- Track record of stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies (Health Canada, CFIA) and industry associations.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
