You will support various kaizen activities, facilitate process changes, and establish standard work documentation to bolster operational excellence. With 7 to 10 years in manufacturing, your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and lead kaizen events effectively
- Analyze process data to derive actionable insights
- Create and implement standard work procedures
- Mentor junior engineers in CI practices
- Track KPIs to measure improvement success Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
- 7-10 years in manufacturing improvement roles
- Solid experience with PDCA, A3 methodologies
- Proven leadership in kaizen events implementation
