Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Systems Manager to lead our organization’s complex IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. Duties

- Lead the planning, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide systems including virtualization platforms such as VMware and vSphere, cloud services like AWS and Azure, and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Oversee system administration tasks across Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage network infrastructure components including Cisco routers, firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP protocols, WAN connections, and computer networking standards to maintain robust connectivity.
- Implement and monitor information security protocols including data protection measures, network security strategies, PCI compliance standards, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard organizational assets.
- Drive software development initiatives utilizing languages such as JavaScript, C#,.NET, Python, SQL, Oracle databases, HTML, and Microsoft SQL Server to support application development and integration efforts.




- Coordinate IT projects using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira while applying Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and support services; oversee licensing agreements; utilize tools like SolarWinds for network monitoring and SCCM for system management.
- Provide technical leadership for IT support teams; develop policies for help desk operations; ensure effective communication across departments regarding system updates or issues.
- Lead DevOps practices by establishing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes; utilize PowerShell scripts for automation tasks; implement virtualization strategies with Citrix and vSphere.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product management initiatives; support compliance efforts related to PCI standards; oversee application security measures including firewalls and vulnerability assessments.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing enterprise systems within a large organization or complex environment with a focus on virtualization (VMware/vSphere), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker).
- Strong background in system administration across Windows Server (including Microsoft Exchange), Linux/Unix systems,



and network infrastructure components such as Cisco routers and firewalls.
- Extensive knowledge of databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and SAN storage solutions; proficiency in SQL scripting and database management is essential.
- Expertise in cybersecurity principles including information security policies, network security measures, PCI compliance standards, vulnerability management tools like SolarWinds.
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects utilizing project management tools (Microsoft Project) within Agile frameworks using Jira or similar platforms.
- Skilled in software development languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python; experience with application development frameworks (.NET) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Citrix), DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines), infrastructure automation (PowerShell), and disaster recovery planning.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business units.
- Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Skilled (VCP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
