Support the Chief People Officer at Vancity with high-level administrative expertise in this full-time role. You'll manage complex schedules, communications, and initiatives every day. In this Permanent, Full-time position, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CPO within a regulated financial workplace.
Strong judgment and discretion are required, as your role is crucial for the effectiveness of the People & Culture function. Collaborating closely with executives, you’ll facilitate strategic planning and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CPO’s complex calendar and commitments
- Prepare correspondence and presentations for executive meetings
- Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Support Board engagement by coordinating logistics and materials
- Enhance operational efficiency through organized documentation Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience assisting senior executives
- Proven experience in executive coordination and document preparation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong skills in calendar management
