About the Opportunity
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Lead financial analysis, payroll analysis, and journal entries
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forward budgets and consolidating results across subsidiaries
- Present findings and recommendations directly to department heads and leadership
- Take on ad hoc projects as they arise, with potential exposure to M&A; support
- Help design and implement new workflows and processes as the finance function evolves (~40% of the role), while maintaining existing reporting and analysis (~60%)
About You
- Approximately 5 years of FP&A; experience
- Skilled designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent) - completed or in progress
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on Power BI experience (dashboard creation, reporting, data manipulation)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present independently to department heads and executives
Pay Range
$85,000 - $90,000 per year
Location
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
