Oversees event implementation, vendor and stakeholder coordination, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful programs that engage communities, strengthen relationships, and drive fundraising growth nationwide.Key Areas of Impact:Leads the community fundraising strategy to maximize constituent engagement and meet community fundraising revenue targets.Leads a multifaceted team of Community Fundraising staff focused on relationship building and constituent experience.Key external contact to top fundraisers and peer to peer landscape to build relationships to support and inspire reaching the Community Fundraising goal.Leads participant stewardship and recognition plans and works collaboratively across teams to align strategies and activities, ensuring a fulsome and integrated MS community member experience.Supports budget management including forecasting,
