Within G&C;, the Strategy & Transformation team drives transformation by shaping strategy, delivering the Target Operating Model, enabling effective performance management, and embedding a culture of innovation and colleague development.

• Reporting/ insights. What You'll Gain - End-to-End Business Analysis: Own the process from problem identification to solution development.

- AI & Automation Strategy: Get hands‑on experience with data‑driven risk oversight and automation tools.
- Project & Delivery Leadership: manage requirements, influence decision‑making, and lead initiatives to launch.
- Governance & Risk Acumen: Gain deep exposure to control programs, regulatory requirements, and process optimization. Job Requirements 1.

Analytical & Business Insight Capabilities Own and perform data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and performance insights that inform decision‑making. Apply business analysis techniques (e.g., root‑cause analysis) to identify control gaps & data inefficiencies Translate complex data and findings into explicit, actionable insights that support governance, control, and risk outcomes through building reports, interactive dashboards, etc… Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to influence and drive alignment.

Continuous Process

Improvement & Optimization Mindset Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities to continuously improve governance, control, and risk management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Leverage data, KPIs, and performance insights to monitor process health, measure impact, and support evidence‑based improvements aligned to enterprise standards. Contribute to modernization and optimization initiatives by leading automation, standardization, and best‑practice adoption across Governance & Control programs.

Develop tools and dashboards that streamline processes, drive efficiency, and support the Governance & Control story‑telling.

- Collaboration, Innovation & Risk Culture Engage with cross‑functional teams to align business needs with technology solutions. Contribute to self‑service analytics and dashboarding capabilities to enable real‑time insights for business leaders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and colleague development.

Other Requirements What

We're Looking For - Technical & Data Fluency: Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong asset.

- Business Analysis Expertise: Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends, and build recommendations for decision making.
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to assess business challenges and identify opportunities to drive improvement
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple initiatives and working with cross‑functional teams.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to translate data into compelling story, driving insights & recommendations.
- Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Governance & Risk Awareness: Familiarity with control programs (RCM, SOX, RCSA) is a plus.
