You will hold full P&L accountability and drive the strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our regional business. This is an existing role.Role SummaryPosition: Divisional Manager – OntarioLocation: London, ON (In-office / Regional Travel)Reporting To: Vice President, Sales and OperationsCore Focus: Full P&L ownership, sales growth, and operational efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Financial LeadershipMaximize profitability across all Ontario operations and sales channels.Manage the complete P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditures.Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and cost-saving efficiencies.Sales & Market GrowthDrive regional sales strategies for traditional building materials (lumber, roofing, siding, insulation,
