We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Concrete Finisher Helper to join our civil construction team. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a strong crew that gets the job done, this could be a great fit.

This is a hands-on role supporting experienced concrete finishers on sidewalks, curbs, and civil infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Assisting concrete finishers with prep, placement, and finishing work
* Setting up forms and preparing work areas
* Helping with concrete pours, leveling, and clean-up
* Moving materials, tools, and equipment
* Using hand tools safely
* Supporting the crew wherever needed to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

* Shows up on time and ready to work
* Positive attitude and willing to learn
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
* Physically capable of lifting and working on your feet all day
* Construction or concrete experience is helpful but not required




* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
