Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex technology infrastructure initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including cloud computing deployments, data center upgrades, and network enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and Visio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively while adhering to industry standards such as PMBOK and SDLC frameworks.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement cloud solutions on platforms like AWS, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise software systems.
- Utilize Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Kanban to facilitate flexible project execution, including user stories, sprint planning, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Oversee requirements gathering sessions, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage release management processes to ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies—including disaster recovery plans—and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- Lead program management efforts across multiple projects, fostering collaboration among teams using tools like Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SharePoint,



and Microsoft Office suite.
- Drive process improvements through analysis skills and implement best practices in project management methodology to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication among technical teams, business units, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects within enterprise environments using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS along with knowledge of databases including SQL and Oracle.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management with certifications like PMP or equivalent; familiarity with PMBOK standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, TFS, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes—software development lifecycle—and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent analysis skills coupled with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), release management processes, and software development practices such as test-driven development (TDD).
- Robust communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and lead diverse teams through complex projects.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and enterprise software deployment best practices is highly desirable.
