Xanadu is seeking a Lead Engineer to architect and build ultra-reliable laser engines powering fault-tolerant photonic quantum computers. You will act as system architect and hands-on technical lead, shaping the long-term roadmap and bridging prototyping to volume production in an advanced optics lab.
You will guide a team of scientists and engineers, own system interfaces, and coordinate with vendor and procurement teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions for the quantum computing architecture.
