- Advise on equity and debt transactions
- Negotiate facility agreements for financing projects

Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- 8+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house
- Solid capital markets and compliance knowledge
- Admission to Singapore Bar or equivalent
