- Negotiate and draft customer support service agreements
- Manage claims with the Legal Services Litigation team
- Proactively develop solutions for stakeholders' needs
- Guide clients on compliance and contractual interpretations

- Member of the Bar in a Canadian Province or U.S. State
- Minimum 8 years of commercial or litigation experience
