The role includes delivering Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and debriefing services, regular check-ins, psychoeducation, and coaching leaders to foster psychological safety across teams.
Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelor’s in counselling or related field, five years of experience, and CISM/CISD/Mental Health First Aid
