Key Responsibilities
- Review, develop, and improve cybersecurity-related processes for semiconductor IP product development.
- Assess existing practices against the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), ISO/SAE 21434, and other cybersecurity standards.
- Conduct gap analyses and identify implementation efforts, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Program teams to understand current processes and ownership models.
- Develop process documentation, templates, checklists, adoption plans, and compliance artifacts.
- Prepare leadership-ready reports, findings, and recommendations.
- Support the rollout and adoption of recent cybersecurity practices across product teams.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity compliance, process development, governance, product security, or operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor IP development and product lifecycle processes.
Hands-on Knowledge Of
- EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
- ISO/SAE 21434
- Cybersecurity development lifecycle practices
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and gap assessments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within semiconductor, embedded systems, automotive, or electronics industries.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, vulnerability management, secure development lifecycle (SDL), or product security frameworks.
- Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance programs, and process transformation initiatives.
