You will respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, provide guidance on equipment care and upgrades, and ensure accurate completion of service documentation, billing, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with Technical Service Managers and fellow technicians while maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work, and consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.**WHAT YOU BRING**You bring post-secondary education in a related technical field (or equivalent experience) and a strong interest in mechanics or electronics. You have experience in a service or equipment environment, strong customer service and sales skills, and are comfortable supporting customers in person and over the phone. You are well organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning current technologies and systems,
