About the role

Reporting to the Head of Client Services & Operations, the Senior Manager,



Financial Planning will help build out an exciting new financial planning offering for our plan members. You will be reporting to our Head of Client Services & Operations and work with team members cross-functionally including Strategy & Business Operations, Marketing, Product, and more.

What you'll do:

- Build a Financial Planning Function
- As the founding member of the Member Success team, you’ll lead the creation of a current financial planning service for plan members. You’ll design and deliver the initial offering, then scale the function by hiring and managing a team of Financial Planners.
- Empower Members Through Personalized Planning
- You’ll work directly with members to create tailored financial plans, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and control over their path to retirement.
- Beyond one-on-one support, you’ll design and lead education
