As a Senior Manager, Financing Solutions in the Real Estate Financing team, you will act as a subject matter expert in structuring complex commercial real estate transactions. You will contribute to the growth of the portfolio while ensuring sound risk management practices and delivering high-value financial solutions to clients. Structure complex real estate financing transactions, including construction loans, term financing and multi-entity borrower structures Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit underwriting to support decision-making Prepare detailed credit applications and recommendations for approval authorities Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial real estate clients, including annual reviews and covenant tracking Identify and mitigate risks related to transactions and market conditions Partner with Account Managers to support deal origination, structuring and execution Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, appraisal, environmental) to ensure efficient execution of transactions Act as an expert in real estate financing and provide advisory support to internal partners Within the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of the Real Estate Financing group, which supports key players in the real estate industry through construction and long-term financing solutions.

In this role, you report to the Senior Director, Real Estate Financing,



and are responsible for supporting and covering the Calgary market, working closely with regional partners and clients.
