Position Overview Governance, Risk, and Control Senior Manager – lead for the Regulatory Supervision and Response team within TD's Global Technology Solutions organization. Trusted advisor coordinating regulatory inquiries and meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement and accurate information.

Pay Range: $115,600 – $163,200 CAD

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of risk practitioners to support business and technology/cyber risk management in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide oversight and governance of ongoing supervisory and inquiry activities to meet regulatory commitments.

Scope, gather evidence, and manage responses to regulatory requests for information, meetings, clarifications, observations and oversight.

Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect artifacts and evidence.

Review artifact completeness and accuracy for executive approval before regulator submission.

Facilitate preparation of semi‑annual, quarterly, and bi‑monthly regulator meetings, review agendas, seek clarifications, prepare materials, and track follow‑up actions.

Consult on regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and related questions.

Provide business,



technology and cyber‑security risk leadership and support to technology and business partners.

Deliver technical expertise and consultation on Technology Controls, Information Security programs/policies/standards and incidents for assigned discipline.

Job Requirements Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.

10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory supervision and response.

Experience in technology and security risk management.

Previous people‑management experience.

Expertise in banking technology standards and ability to lead diverse teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project‑management skills.

Strong relationship‑management, conflict‑resolution, and prioritization abilities.

Capability to navigate ambiguity in a matrix banking environment.
