This role requires a leader who is prepared to be where decisions are made, constraints are removed, and progress is driven.Only applicants who meet all minimum qualifications will be considered.The OpportunityA leadership role where execution discipline, ownership, and team performance define success.Chandos is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead major scope .This role is suited to a general contractor leader who drives predictable, disciplined delivery on complex, high‑stakes projects and is most effective close to the work.Role OverviewThe Senior Project Director is accountable for driving consistent, predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and risk.You will lead through others, setting the tone for execution,
building clarity in complex environments, and creating the conditions for high performance across the team. This includes establishing strong delivery rhythms, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining control as project conditions evolve.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-end delivery across schedule, cost, quality, and riskSubtrade strategy, contracts, and commercial performanceClear execution rhythm: planning, tracking, and accountabilityA high‑performing team with solid alignment and follow-throughTrusted stakeholder relationships built on transparency and resultsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Non Negotiable)Experience delivering nuclear projects or similarly industrial regulated environments10+ years in industrial construction with senior leadership responsibilityProven track record on $500M+ projects from a general contractor perspective, including operating at a Project Director or equivalent level of accountabilityThis role is intended for individuals already operating at a project director level, not those seeking their first opportunity at this scopeDegree in Construction, Engineering,
