BCI is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead modernization efforts from Victoria, BC. This role requires strong skills in architecture, AI tools, and cloud strategies.
As a critical member of BCI's Technology team, you'll help shape cutting-edge enterprise architecture to enable transformation across various technology domains. Your mission is to develop architecture standards, build business capability roadmaps, and engage in hands-on deployment while evaluating emerging AI technologies. Collaboration with business leaders and delivery teams will ensure that technology solutions align with BCI's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop enterprise architectures for BCI’s modernization
• Define and evolve architecture standards and guidelines




• Build business capability and tech roadmaps collaboratively
• Review developing architectures, providing practical feedback
• Evaluate AI solutions and establish governance for use
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in enterprise architecture roles
• Proven ability to link technology with business strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and cloud technologies
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field or equivalent
