As part of our finance team, you will collaborate closely with the Business Unit leadership. You will analyze key metrics, support budget processes, and deliver high-quality financial insights. The ideal candidate possesses a CPA or finance degree with significant experience in project-based industries, ensuring timely and reliable data drives decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Business Unit P&L; performance with operational leaders
• Analyze financial metrics and recommend corrective actions
• Support strategic decisions regarding investments and pricing




• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Improve cash conversion and monitor contract cash profiles
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in project-based industry
• CPA designation or finance-related degree preferred
• Proven track record in financial modeling and variance analysis
• Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with ERP systems and dashboards
