In this role, you will define and execute the organization’s global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and mobility programs.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a global Total Rewards strategy that supports the organization’s business objectives, talent strategy, and cultureLead the evolution of the organization’s compensation philosophy, rewards framework, and employee value proposition to attract, retain, and motivate talent globallyAdvise the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee on executive and broad-based compensation strategy, emerging market trends, governance practices, and compensation riskOversee the design and governance of employee and executive compensation, including salary and short‑term and long‑term incentive plansLead the global benefits and wellness strategy, including vendor selection and cost optimizationProvide executive oversight of global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across all jurisdictionsProvide strategic oversight of HR technology platforms, including Workday, ensuring systems effectively support Total Rewards, payroll, reporting,
compliance, and employee experienceEnsure compliance with applicable employment, tax, securities, compensation disclosure, pension, pay equity, privacy, and payroll legislation across all operating jurisdictionsDevelop and manage Total Rewards budgets while optimizing program effectiveness and financial outcomesLead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Total Rewards leadership teamBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 8–10+ years in Total Rewards leadership8+ years of people leadership experienceExperience in global, complex organizationsExperience with HRIS platforms, such as WorkdayOperates in a highly complex global environmentPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degreeCCP certificationCBP certificationCEBS certificationDevelops innovative rewards solutions and solves complex business challengesHigh autonomy in setting strategy and policiesLocationToronto, ONCompensationThis position offers a competitive executive compensation package. The base salary will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience, internal pay equity, relevant market data,
and geographic location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation as applicable.
