As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and operational excellence of RAVL by owning day‑to‑day accounting operations and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll help strengthen our internal finance function while building scalable processes that support our continued growth. Managing the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time Processing accounts payable, managing vendor relationships, and reconciling AP subledgers Managing accounts receivable, customer invoicing, payment application, collections, and AR aging Performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash positions, and identifying discrepancies or variances Supporting HST/GST filings, payroll reconciliations, and other regulatory reporting requirements Assisting with year‑end audit preparation and collaborating with external auditors Helping design, document, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Maintaining and improving the chart of accounts to support accurate financial reporting Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 3+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month‑end close Experience using modern accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite,
