We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Design Lead with deep, hands-on expertise in Power Automate and broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that integrate diverse applications via APIs, connectors, and custom integration patterns.

Solution

Design & Architecture Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex Power Platform solutions, primarily using Power Automate and Dataverse. Build and manage advanced workflows with dynamic routing based on business rules and AI-driven outputs (e.g., Optimize flows for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Integration & Data Management Design and implement integrations using: REST APIs and web services Dataverse as the centralized data layer Ensure efficient data exchange, transformation, and orchestration across multiple systems.

Establish Power





Platform governance models, including setting strategy, DLP policies, and access controls. Implement best practices in security, data protection, and compliance. Design robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception management within workflows. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Act as a thought leader in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
