Job Summary

The Millwright position is a critical role in our plant. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute their mechanical expertise to keep our facility running efficiently.

Duties
Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment using schematics, manuals, and technical knowhow.
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility (building) to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
Use welding, HVAC, boiler, and other industrial skills to repair or modify equipment as needed.
Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)




Conduct analysis of machinery performance to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure systems are properly maintained.

Qualifications
Valid Journeyman/woman Millwright certification or equivalent technical diploma.
Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing settings.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Familiarity with schematics, HVAC systems, welding techniques, boilers, and low voltage electrical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform analysis to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to safety and maintenance standards.
