We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role involves fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children to support their developmental and educational growth. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a secure, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating with parents or guardians
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care
Foster positive behavior and social skills through guidance and modeling appropriate interactions




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in team meetings
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices

Skills
Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Robust understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, adapting activities as needed
Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members
Classroom management skills to create an organized and nurturing learning setting
Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching young children
Ability to plan engaging activities that stimulate learning and curiosity
Knowledge of safety protocols and health standards relevant to early childhood settings

Pay: $17.85-$29.29 per hour
