Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bubble Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food industry, has excellent time management skills, and enjoys engaging with customers to create a memorable experience.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service
Handle food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly, topping addition, and beverage mixing
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly

Skills
Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in the food industry or bubble tea shops
Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient cashiering
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers of all ages
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Valuable communication skills and a friendly attitude that enhances the customer experience

Pay
Starting at $17.60
Student under 18 years old starting at $16.60
