We're currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our established community pharmacy team. We offer a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays, ensuring an excellent work-life balance. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in pharmacy operations and build practical knowledge and experience in non-sterile compounding through comprehensive on-site training.

Position Details:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings, weekends, or stat holidays
Positive and energetic work environment with a close-knit team of experienced long-term staff who are passionate about what they do

Key Responsibilities:
Process prescription refills and new orders using Kroll software
Prepare non-sterile compounds following pharmacy procedures and quality standards; no previous compounding experience is required as in office training will be provided
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and receiving stock




Manage and prepare blister packs
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Qualifications:
Previous pharmacy assistant experience preferred
Familiarity with Kroll is an asset but not required
Experience with non-sterile compounding is an asset but not required; comprehensive on-site training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
