Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Labourer and be an essential part of our landscape construction and maintenance projects! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support the efficient progress of our operations. Your hands-on approach, attention to safety, and willingness to learn will help keep projects on track and ensure a protected working environment for everyone involved. Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, digging, loading, and unloading materials with precision and care
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, supplies, and assistance as needed
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of waste properly
Operate basic equipment under supervision, including wheelbarrows, hand tools, and small machinery




Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to ensure team safety at all times

Skills
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Good communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork coordination
Previous experience in landscape construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
