We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across different work sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support the setup and cleanup of work areas
Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
Help with site maintenance including cleaning and organizing workspaces
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace for all team members
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively




Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed during training

Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the day
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
Valuable communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment (training provided)
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality are highly valued
