Aeolus Group is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our government client at the transit depot in Thunder Bay. This is a public-facing role where you’ll help passengers with ticketing, parcel services, and general customer questions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Ticketing
Provide friendly, helpful service at the ticket counter
Sell bus and train tickets using ticketing system
Answer customer questions about schedules, fares, and travel info
Assist passengers in person, by phone, and by email
Housekeeping duties
Parcel & Baggage Handling
Receive, document, store, and release parcels and luggage
Handle items up to 50–75 lbs (training provided)
Maintain logs and ensure accuracy in all transactions
Daily Operations
Perform opening/closing procedures
Complete simple daily cash-outs and reconciliation
Keep the customer area tidy (light cleaning only)
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Shifts Available
We are hiring for two shifts:
Weekend (Part-Time)
Saturday (7:30 am to 11:30 am) & (9:30 pm to 12:30am)
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using a computer (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs
Comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation to/from the depot
Must be available for assigned shift times
Bonus but not required:
Experience in retail, customer service, ticketing, front desk, or parcel services
Basic French (asset but NOT mandatory)
