Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.
Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly.
Administer medication reminders and assist with light household tasks to maintain a secure living environment.
Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients.

Experience




Prior experience in home care or personal caregiving preferred but not required; training provided for motivated applicants.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients.
Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and medication management is a plus.
Experience working with elderly populations or individuals with chronic conditions such as geriatrics or post-acute care needs is highly valued.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, especially if familiar with emergency medicine protocols or Level I Trauma Center procedures.
Previous exposure to hospital medicine, medical-surgical environments, or outpatient clinics enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive care.
