Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IRATA Rope Access Technician to join our team. Any level will be considered. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized climbing techniques and equipment. If you are a safety-conscious individual with a solid mechanical aptitude and experience in working with hand tools, and power tools we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conduct IRATA rope access work following industry best practices and safety guidelines
Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations at elevated locations
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete tasks efficiently
Rigging tasks as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures in the building maintenance industry
Skills:
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Experience with rigging and climbing techniques
Robust knot knowledge
Previous window washing, pressure washing a bonus.
Arborist experience a plus.
