Our client is seeking a Radio Frequency Optimization Expert (Nokia SME) to support LTE and 5G network performance initiatives. This individual will serve as a technical expert responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, performing deep-dive analysis, and optimizing Nokia wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on Nokia experience and a solid background in wireless network optimization and root cause analysis. Day to Day - Optimize LTE and 5G network performance across Nokia settings. - Troubleshoot complex network issues through KPI analysis, traces, and root cause investigations. - Perform deep-dive analysis of throughput, coverage, and performance problems. - Support feature trials and recent technology deployments. - Analyze and tune network parameters to improve network performance. Work closely with the East Optimization Team to resolve network challenges.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of wireless/RAN optimization experience.
Recent hands-on experience with Nokia LTE and 5G networks.
Strong experience with network troubleshooting, trace analysis, and root cause analysis.
Experience with KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of LTE, 5G, RF optimization, and wireless access networks.
Ability to investigate and resolve complex network performance issues.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
VoNR and VoLTE experience. - Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) experience. - LTE-M / IoT experience. - Beamforming, layering strategy, and coverage optimization experience. - Nokia NetAct or similar Nokia performance management tools. Experience with N71, N77, and N78 spectrum bands.
