What You'll Be Doing Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Support the Sales team with admin tasks (account updates, follow-ups, documentation) Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date Work with Sales and Operations to keep everything running smoothly Assist with reports,



scheduling, and day-to-day coordination Spot ways to improve processes and customer experience What We're Looking For 3 years in call centre customer service role(s) Robust communication skills (clear, professional, friendly) Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.) Robust technical and IT skills What You'll Get Hands-on training and ongoing support Real exposure to sales operations and business processes A team that's collaborative, supportive, and growing Opportunity to develop new skills and grow your career Pay is $20/Hour that will increase to $22 after probation Our recruitment process may include the use of AI to assist with candidate screening.
