Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indo-Chinese Hakka Chef to lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine with a focus on Hakka flavors. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese Hakka dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
Manage food handling procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
Lead team management efforts by training current staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive work workplace
Ensure all food served meets quality standards and aligns with our culinary vision




Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant service within the Indo-Chinese or similar cuisine sector
Supervising experience in a busy kitchen workplace with team management responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and hygiene practices in the food industry
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively
Excellent understanding of restaurant management principles including food service operations
Background in hospitality or culinary arts related to Asian cuisine is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards
