We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Financial Services team in Canada. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to help shape the future of Capital through data-driven decision making. In many ways, data-driven decision making is the product itself.
We’re looking for someone who can operate as a strategic thought partner , not simply answer predefined questions, but help determine: Optimizing for both merchant success and business performance, balancing growth, risk, and operational tradeoffs Lead ambiguous and high-impact analytical initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through recommendation and implementation Build analytical models and frameworks that optimize trade-offs across risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer outcomes Identify product opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic insights through deep analysis of large-scale transactional and product datasets Deliver executive-level recommendations and influence roadmap decisions using data Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to operationalize data-informed decisions We’re looking for a senior, highly analytical candidate who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing decisions at both the strategic and operational level. Advanced SQL and strong analytical skills working with large-scale product or transactional datasets Python for analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis,
or modeling Building analytical frameworks that drive business and product decisions Translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations Data visualization and storytelling experience using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or risk-related domains Experience in Data Science, predictive modeling, or optimization problems We’re looking for someone who can act as a strategic product partner — someone who uses data to influence product direction, challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and help drive some of the most important decisions within the Capital business. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $120-180k CAD .
