Wearecurrentlyrecruitingforproducers/advisorswhoarelicensedandalsoresideintheprovinceofAlbertaorBritishColumbia. WhilewearearemoteworkforceyouwillbeexpectedtoattendsalesmeetingsateitherthelocalAlbertaorBCofficedependingonyourlocation.Yourlicenseandsponsorshipmustbeuptodateandinforce.

I nthisroleyouwillbespecificallyresponsiblefordeliveringforyourclient:

- ManageallClients(asassigned)BusinessReviewsonEmployeeBenefitclaimsandplanhealth
- DelivertheAnnualRenewalAnalysisandReportingtotheclient




- Manageescalatedissuesfromtheinternalclientservicessupportteamregardingyourclient’semployeeplanmembersasneeded
- Conductregularfollow-upandconnectioncallstoyourClientPlanAdministratorstoensuresatisfactionandserviceandtodeveloporexecuteonmeaningfulgrowthrequirements
- Collaboratewithsalesandimplementationteamstoassistinthesuccessfulonboardingofnewclientsthatwillbeaddedtoyourportfolio
- Participateinregular1/1callswithyourmanagerand/orteam
- Participateincollaborativemeetings/projectsatSterlingrequiringyourinput/expertise

Tobesuccessfulinthisroleyouarerequiredtodemonstrateexpertiseinthefollowing:

- GroupBenefitsExperience–plandesign,analysis,claimsmanagement,clientmanagement,sales–weareideallylookingfor3–5yearsexperience
- Experienceasaproduceronthesalessideofclientmanagementaswellastheservicesideofclientmanagementisabonus
- InsuranceLicenseLLQP–withinforceE&Ocoveragefortheprovinceinwhichyouarepracticingin.Multipleotherprovincesarewelcome;
- Experienceworkingwithenterpriseclients(500employeesizecompaniesandup)
- Yourarecollaborativebynatureandhaveastrongsenseofownershipoveryourclientdomain
- Youhavedemonstratedcommunicationsskillsthatincludespolishedpresentationskillsandcanusethelatesttechnologyapplications(MSSuite,Slack,Salesforce,AItools,other)
