The role will support the team's portfolio monitoring, reporting, data management, and operational initiatives.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring investment, financial, operational, and ESG data across the Natural Resources portfolio is accurately collected, integrated, validated, and maintained. Working closely with investment professionals, finance teams, and operating partners, the individual will help enhance data quality, reporting consistency, and portfolio transparency while supporting portfolio analytics and decision-making.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Analyst/Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management and Operations, you'll:Reporting and Data ManagementCompile data and generate reports leveraging various IT applications (iLevel, efront, GPS, GPF, Data Warehouse).
Reconcile data between systemsMaintain and enhance investment, portfolio, and performance data and dashboards within iLEVELPerform periodic data collection and validation reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistencyMaintain data governance standards and reporting controlsSupport corporate initiatives with regards to data acquisition (such as GHG) and integration in other PSP systemsConsolidate and Synthesize both Financial and Non-Financial Operating data from external source and Deal TeamRespond to ad-hoc data requests from the Deal Team in a timely and concise mannerWHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science or equivalentA minimum of two (2) years of relevant experienceHighly proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and Power QueryKnowledge of iLevel and efront, an assetPrevious experience in accounting, finance and private or alternative investmentsStrong attention to detailAbility to navigate in a fast-pace environment with a high level of autonomyHighly organized and multitasking skillsGood communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn) * Regular interactions in English with investment partners based outside of Quebec Example: peers, bankers,
