• Infrastructure business in Sudbury and across Northern Ontario through client engagement and business development initiatives. Mentor and develop engineers and designers, fostering technical excellence and supporting career growth within the team. Collaborate with transportation, environmental, planning, geotechnical, water resources,



and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions for complex infrastructure projects. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and digital delivery best practices while maintaining the highest standards of engineering quality and compliance. 10-15+ years of progressive experience delivering land development and municipal engineering projects within Ontario. ~ Licensed Professional Engineer (P.in Ontario with demonstrated experience working with municipalities, agencies, and regulatory stakeholders. ~ Strong understanding of Ontario's land development, municipal servicing, and development approvals processes. ~ Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D within multidisciplinary project environments. ~ Proven experience leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering successful project outcomes. ~ Demonstrated business development experience including proposal preparation, fee development, client engagement, and pursuit strategy support. ~ Experience supporting municipal, industrial, transportation, land development, mining, or resource-sector projects is considered a strong asset. ~ Valid Ontario driver's licence (or ability to obtain one) and willingness to travel periodically throughout Northern Ontario.
